By using Mabuy's Kit you agree to the following. Plain language, no traps.

1. Use of the service

Mabuy's Kit is provided free of charge, as-is, for personal and commercial documents that you have the right to process. You are responsible for the files you open and the results you produce.

2. No warranty

The tools are offered without warranty of any kind. Browser-based processing can be limited by device memory, and conversions may differ in details from desktop applications. Keep a copy of your original file and check important output before relying on it.

3. Your data stays yours

We claim no licence over your documents. We could not use them even if we wanted to, because they are never transmitted to us.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Mabuy's Kit to process material you do not have permission to handle, or to break the law in your jurisdiction.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mabuy's Kit and its authors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the tools.

6. Changes

Tools may be added, changed or removed at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
